XK034003 & XK034007 - 10 pcs 7 Color Remote Flexible Strip/Pod Kit for Motorcycle

This instruction can be applied for both XK034003 & XK034007 7-COLOR  STRIP/POD KIT.

The installation of this kit is strongly recommended to be installed by a licensed professional. The improper installation of this kit will void all warranties.
 


The following instructions demonstrate the general steps of mounting the kit. Details regarding how to use provided accessories are listed on the reverse side of this paper.
1. Disconnect the vehicle’s battery and remove any body work that will have the LED light tubes/pods located behind them. LOOSELY mount the LED light tubes/pods using double sided tape or plastic zip ties in the desired locations (Clean the mounting surface before attaching lights. DO NOT use 3M Promoter in this step.)

2. Find a cool and dry place to mount the control unit. Make sure that the unit is away from any hot parts of the vehicle like the engine or exhaust, and not exposed to water or rain.

3. Connect the WHITE wire from control module to the WHITE wire from switch; Connect the BLACK wire from control module with BLACK wire from switch, then fix them in the crimping wire terminal.

4. Connect the RED wire from the switch to the fuse holder wire; Fix the other end of the fuse holder wire in another crimping wire terminal. (Make sure the fuse inside the fuse holder is removed until the installation is complete.)

5. Use provided zip ties and wire hooks to neatly mount and hide any loose wires. Make sure they are not near any hot parts. Locate the ON/OFF switch in a convenient location. Connect the strips to the output wire from control module. (See the diagram below and the reverse page for notes and detailed instructions)

6. Connect the crimping wire terminals to the positive and negative poles of the battery (see above diagram). Install the fuse into the fuse holder. Turn on the kit and adjust the light strips/pods for best lighting effect. Apply 3M Promoter on the mounting surface, and then firmly attach the strips with 3M double side tape. Use zip ties to secure the strips if necessary. (WARNING: 3M Promoter is irritating to eyes and skins.  Follow manufacturer’s safety instructions. )
