What's the Return/Exchange Procedure?
  1. Email [xk@xkglow.com] and notify us of the product issue as well as the item number which is included in the invoice.
  2. We will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R/A) NUMBER for you to mark with the returned products. The R/A Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
  3. Please send the returned item along with the R/A number, claims and a telephone number where you can be reached. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. No return/exchange will be accepted unless R/A number is attached.
  4. After the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will refund you or replace the items.

What's XKGLOW’s Refund/Credit Policy?
  • Email [xk@xkglow.com] and notify us of the return as well as the invoice number.
  • Send the product you want to return back to us within 30 days from the date of original purchase. The product should not be modified and is in original condition.
  • Once the returned package has been received and approved for refund, we will issue the refund within 1 business day via the original payment method (money check, credit card account or Paypal account). We will refund you the full purchase price of the product (shipping & handling fee not included).
  • Once the refund is issued, it might take 3-7 business days to receive the refund.


What’s covered by the one(1) year warranty?

  • The following XKGlow products are covered for one year warranty: remote control units; auto/motorcycle LED bulbs; undercar kits, home use light.
  • Units with cracked cases; with damaged or burned circuit boards due to too high amperage fuse or no fuse being used; units that show signs of heat/fire damage; or plastic cases that are broken/crushed are not covered.   • Installation of this product must be performed by a licensed professional. Should the failure of the product be the result of damage occurring as a result of improper installation, alteration of the product or an act or omission on the part of the consumer, this warranty is void. XKGlow shall not be responsible for any consequential damages which arise from the use and/or installation of the product. If the kit is installed in any manner other than specified, XKGlow reserves the right to deny any warranty claims at the discretion of the technical support department.
  • Any product return must include the original packaging and invoice, a statement of the alleged defect and an R/A number.

What’s covered by the lifetime warranty?
  • Any XKGlow products for motorcycles (pods, clusters, strips and tubes) that has one or more LEDs fail to illuminate, due to a defect in materials or workmanship, will be replaced, for the original purchaser, for as long as that person owns the bike. Chrome or plastic case failures are covered for such non-illumination issues for one year only.
  • Installation of this product must be performed by a licensed professional.
