XKGLOW believes in producing top quality products which is why we are pleased to announce that all of our products come with a warranty ranging from a minimum of 3 years up to 5 years depending on the purchased product. Products that used to have a 1 or 2 year warranty have now been bumped to a 3 year warranty! Products that previously exceeded the 3 year warranty have remained the same. Note: Tracking number will be emailed to you once the order is shipped. For international orders shipped through US Postal Service, the online tracking will not continue once the package leaves Unites States. Thus, we recommend choosing UPS for high value international packages.
What's XKGLOW’s Refund/Credit Policy?
- Email [email@example.com] and notify us of the return as well as the invoice number.
- Send the product you want to return back to us within 30 days from the date of original purchase. The product should not be modified and is in original condition.
- Once the returned package has been received and approved for refund, we will issue the refund within 1 business day via the original payment method (money check, credit card account or Paypal account). We will refund you the full purchase price of the product (shipping & handling fee not included).
- Once the refund is issued, it might take 3-7 business days to receive the refund.
What's the Warranty Procedure?

- We will issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R/A) NUMBER for you to mark with the returned products. The R/A Number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
- Please send the returned item along with the R/A number, claims and a telephone number where you can be reached. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. No return/exchange will be accepted unless R/A number is attached.
- After the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will refund you or replace the items.

XKGLOW does not support the unauthorized resale of its products. To ensure our quality standards, we strongly encourage our customers to purchase only from authorized XKGLOW partnered retailers. XKGLOW’s satisfaction guarantee and any product warranties, expressed or implied, are valid only on products purchased from directly from XKGLOW or from one of our official authorized resellers. XKGLOW does not extend any warranty or satisfaction guarantee to products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Warranties are void on XKGLOW products sold by unauthorized resellers.
