From 3 Years to a Lifetime of Confidence

We are thrilled to announce that we are officially upgrading our standard three-year warranty to a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all eligible XKGLOW products, effective immediately.

This isn't just a policy change; it’s a reflection of the confidence we have in our engineering, our materials, and the long-term durability of every product that carries our name. When you choose XKGLOW, you are investing in lighting that is built to go the distance—and now, our warranty does, too.

We’re Looking Out for Our Past Customers, Too

That’s why this upgrade is retroactive. Any eligible product purchased within the last three years (Or since May 6th, 2023) is now automatically covered under our new Limited Lifetime Warranty.

What if your product doesn’t qualify for the Lifetime tier? Don't worry—we’ve still got your back. Products that do not qualify for the limited lifetime coverage are being upgraded from their previous terms to a new Five-Year Warranty.
